This breathwork makes that possible.
Gentle, relaxed, parasympathetic breathwork. NOT Wim Hof, breath-holding, or anything intense. This is vagal-toning breathwork that regulates your nervous system and opens access to your body's wisdom.
Generally you will need around 1 to 1.5 hours. That includes reading the materials and completing the exercises.
Some parents prefer to take more time and move through the course at a slower more manageable pace. Either way, you have infinite access to the Strong Willed Kids Course so there is no need to rush.
Absolutely. This practice is gentle and accessible — perfect for beginners. No experience needed. We guide you through everything.
Most programs teach you what to say and do. We regulate your nervous system so you don't need as many scripts. When you're regulated, you naturally respond with more patience, presence, and intuition.
