This is your first step – focused on understanding and awareness. While you’ll learn some basic regulation tools, this is about building the foundation you need for deeper transformation.
This program gives you the understanding and tools to regulate your NS in the moment, when the stress is happening! This means if you find yourself getting angry, you will recognise it, pause and have the tools to come back to a grounded space. Or if you notice yourself burning out and experiencing eye roll compassion fatigue at the 111th request for a snack, you’ll know why its happening, and how to get a boost of energy so you can be the parent your child needs in that moment.
