What if you’re not actually triggered? And what if they don’t need to “borrow your calm”?
Four live sessions across two weekends, with a week in between to watch it all run at home.
The breathwork. The therapy. The books, the podcasts, the inner-child work. The lot!
You know your window of tolerance by feel. You’ve put more hours — and more money — into understanding yourself and your nervous system than almost any parent you know.
So here’s the question nobody’s asked you: it’s 6:45am, the whining starts, and your body tenses before a single thought arrives.
What if that tension is accurate? What if you’re picking up, precisely and in real time, what your child is experiencing in their body — and reading it as your own dysregulation?
How do you tell the difference? That’s the skill. We’ve been teaching it to parents for years inside our programs, and this is the first time it’s had a live event of its own.
Most conscious parenting and re-parenting work focuses on your patterns, your triggers, your healing. Very important — but not the full picture. And if it’s all we know, we can get very stuck, feeling that our family’s dysregulation all hinges on our healing. Which is just not true!
And if you haven’t done years of inner work, and you’re just sick of everyone’s big feelings taking over — you’re in the right place. You get to start at the level most parents never reach: the system, not the script.
Don’t worry. We aren’t going to tell you to “just stay calmer.”
The missing level
Self-awareness and your own regulation. You’ve done it — the breathwork, the therapy, the years. That was step one.
The line everyone learns: stay regulated, and they’ll borrow your calm. You’ve done that too — through gritted teeth if necessary. It isn’t wrong. It just isn’t the full picture. Nobody mentioned the borrowing runs both ways.
Your family doesn’t run on four separate nervous systems. It runs on one shared system, under every conversation, every meltdown, every bedtime. And the feelings flowing through it don’t only travel one way.
Which is why “staying calm” through gritted teeth falls flat. It’s only the surface conversation. The real one is happening underneath — and your kids always hear that one.
That deep attunement you have to your kids: turning around just before the toddler falls, the child who walks in asking about the thing you were only just thinking about. Deepening your awareness of your sensitivity is key here.
This isn’t about becoming the perfect calm parent. It’s not about being calm at all. It’s about learning to see the interconnectedness clearly — what’s yours, what’s theirs, and what’s ours as a family — so the feelings you pick up become intuitive information instead of overwhelm.
Level three isn’t a deeper version of levels one and two. It’s the level they were always pointing at. That’s this event.
The sessions
If you’re thinking “I already know co-regulation” — good. This starts where co-regulation ends.
You don’t transform how you see a family system in 48 hours of listening. You learn the lens, you spend a week watching your family’s system run in real time, and you come back with real moments to work with.
Triggers, revisited: what’s genuinely your stored stuff, and what’s a live, accurate pick-up of your child’s state.
Projections and attunement: how children hand you their unfelt feelings, and how to read the message instead of drowning in it.
— then a week of watching it all run, in your actual house —
What the real conversation underneath is saying, and what to listen for in the hard moments.
The whole model, integrated: what’s yours, what’s theirs, what’s ours, and how to keep reading your family’s system after the weekend ends.
Live-only, Sunday night. Where it all lands. By Sunday night, you will not be able to see your family the old way again.
“Knowing that the helplessness I feel when I can’t get her into her car seat is partly what she’s feeling… means I can respond with compassion to what I’m picking up. It takes all the power struggle out of it. Now getting in the car just flows.”Jas · mum of a strong-willed toddler
“His behaviour used to confuse and trigger me. Now I can SEE what’s happening for him, and respond in a way that actually works. The shift in our home has been unbelievable.”Kate

Hay House authors of Reconnected Parenting: Healing the Whole Family Nervous System. Through The Reconnected, they’ve helped over 200,000 families understand their children — and themselves — through the lens of the nervous system.
A registered counsellor, play therapist and breathwork teacher-trainer, with a BA of Social Science (Counselling), a BA of Psychology (Hons), a Graduate Diploma in Child-Centred Play Therapy and a Diploma in Breathwork — practising this work since 2004.
A Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner with a certificate in Rebirthing Mastery, a Certified Advanced Theta Healer and Mind Body Intuitive, and a Kundalini Yoga teacher. A conscious parent who’d read every book — then met her own stored stress in one yelling moment with her toddler. Breathwork is what finally reached it.
With eleven children between them, they know the challenges and joys first-hand. No scripts, no “perfect parent” to live up to. Just the deeper conversation your family is already having.
Who this is for
This isn’t for you if you’re after a script to make your child comply. We don’t do scripts. We unwind the conversations happening from nervous system to nervous system.
You’ve spent more than this on a single therapy session — one that only worked on one nervous system.
The moment you register, your welcome email arrives with everything you need.

Why it runs this way
Weekend One hands you the lens. The week between is where you watch your family’s one shared nervous system run — live, in your actual house. Weekend Two only works if you’ve done both.
That’s why it’s built as two weekends with a real week in the middle, and why joining halfway doesn’t work. We begin together, on Saturday 29 August.
Yes, proudly. This is the Whole Family Nervous System model from Reconnected Parenting (Hay House), taught live as its own event for the first time. Reading about interconnectedness is one thing; having it taught to you live, with your real week’s moments in the room, is when the penny properly drops.
Yes. The system is shared, so one person seeing it clearly changes what everyone feels. And you’ll finally have language for what’s been happening, which tends to travel through a household on its own.
No, this is for you. What you’ll learn changes what happens between you and them.
All of them. Toddlers to teens: the system is the system.
Session times are confirmed in your welcome email as soon as you register, along with your local-time conversion.
No, it’s education. Live teaching that will change how you see your family, but not individual or group therapy.
Replays cover the four teaching sessions, and they’re yours for life — lifetime access, no expiry. The Closing Experience is live-only — be there Sunday night.
There are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or change of heart, available for this product due to its digital nature. You keep lifetime access to the replays, so it’s yours to revisit whenever your family needs it.
The real conversation in your home is already happening
Nervous system to nervous system. What’s yours, what’s theirs, what’s ours. Not by performing calm, but by learning to read the instrument you already are.
