Week 01. Committed to Self

What happens when you stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable?

For so many of us, we've spent years fine-tuning our sensitivity to everyone else's needs while completely losing touch with our own.

This week is about learning to stay with what you feel, even when it's inconvenient, even when part of you wants to brush it aside and focus on someone else. We're building the muscle of choosing yourself, as the foundation everything else depends on.

You can't trust your intuition if you keep overriding it to make others happy.

Commitment to self means making your inner world non-negotiable, showing up for yourself the way you've always shown up for everyone else.

And if you already feel connected to yourself? This week invites you deeper.

There's a difference between knowing what you need and actually honouring it, especially in the small, inconvenient moments. The subtle override. The "it's fine" when it isn't.

This week is about catching those moments and choosing differently.

Week 02. Taking Inspired Action

Acting on your inspiration  is key to creating a life where you look around and think ‘I love what I have created!

’If you’ve spent your life looking to others to validate your choices, this week will feel confronting and liberating. We’re moving from sensing your intuition to actually *following* it, which means tolerating the discomfort of not having everyone on board. Your body knows things your mind is still catching up to.

Can you trust it enough to move, even when there’s no external green light? This week is about building the courage to act from your own centre not recklessly, but aligned. It’s about discovering that inspired action doesn’t need to be loud or dramatic; sometimes it’s the quiet no, the boundary held, the decision made without explanation. This is where intuition stops being a concept and becomes the way you live.

Week 03. Open to Receive

Letting go of over-giving and control. If you’ve built your identity around being the one who holds everything together, this week will ask you to soften in ways that might feel big at first.

We’re exploring what happens when you stop over-functioning — when you allow support, rest, pleasure, and ease without needing to earn any of it.

You will discover, life can actually meet you halfway when you create space for it.

Eleanor is a counsellor, breathworker and play therapist, with a BA of Social Science (Counselling), a BA of Psychology (Hons), a Advanced Diploma in Breathwork and a Graduate Diploma in Child Centred Play Therapy. I am also a mother of five incredible children, who continue to be my greatest teachers. My journey weaves together science, spirituality, and lived experience, and everything I share through The Reconnected is rooted in creating practical, conscious, and connected ways for families to thrive.

FAQ

When and where will the LIVE sessions be?

The LIVE Breathwork classes will be held daily within The Reconnected App.

Opening Ceremony: 30th January, 2026

Day One: 31st January, 2026

LIVES will be held at 7am AEST daily, except Tuesdays.

On Tuesdays they LIVES will be held at 7pm AEST.

What if I can't make the live sessions?

All sessions are recorded and available as replays immediately. You'll have 6 weeks access to replays and coaching.

What's included in the small group coaching?

Small group coaching offers a more intimate container with just other participants and a dedicated coach. You'll receive personalised support, feedback, and accountability throughout the 21 days.

What type of breathwork is this?

We use a restorative breath that intentionally activates the rest and relax response. We still resolve and integrate emotional and cognitive experiences, but more gently, without circular breathing.

I have an anxiety disorder or similar diagnosed condition. Is it suitable for me?

Please chat with your primary healthcare provider about whether this will benefit you. Due to the self-help nature of the course it cannot replace one-to-one care nor is it intended to treat or diagnose medical conditions. Many mainstream practitioners will be supportive of including a breathing program within your treatment plan.

What is the refund policy?

As this is a digital product, there are no refunds available. This program is for people who are ready to commit to themselves and the process.
